Complete a focused update of the 2001 Alameda Countywide Bicycle Plan.

Develop a citywide Pedestrian Plan, including an assessment of areas that generate significant pedestrian activity and a list of prioritized projects.

A05-0032 11th Street Enhancement Project

A05-0033 Alamo Canal Trail Undercrossing of I-580 Feasibility Study

Conduct feasibility study for the Alamo Canal Trail undercrossing of I-580 and the BART tracks. This trail connects the Iron Horse and Arroyo Del Valle trails.

A05-0034 Market Street Bikeway Project

Design and construct bicycle lanes on Market Street from 3rd Street to West MacArthur Boulevard. Where feasible, the project will also improve the safety of pedestrian crossings.

Construct an alternative path connecting Buchanan Street to the San Francisco Bay Trail to avoid the I-80/I-580 on-ramp.
